• Before sending your order, please ensure you are familiar with the prices and other terms and conditions
• You may send your documents as a Word document, PDF document, text file, or scanned image (JPEG, PNG or GIF)
• If your order is urgent, please specify when you need the translation to be complete.

You will receive a price quote for your order as a reply to your email. You may have to answer some clarifying questions about your order first.

Please pay for your order using one of the methods below:

• In US Dollars, using a Credit Card or a PayPal account:
  Click "Pay Now" and enter the amount in US dollars. If you do not have a PayPal Account, click "Pay Now", and then click the link saying "I don't have a PayPal Account" at the bottom right of the screen, and you will be able to pay by credit card.
  IMPORTANT: During the payment process, you will be asked for the email address you originally used to send your documents for translation. Please make sure you enter this email address correctly!

• In Russian Roubles, using Yandex Money:
  IMPORTANT: Yandex will ask you for your details (name, email, telephone) when making the payment. Make sure you enter the same email address as the one you used to send your documents to be translated!
  
  
• In Chinese Yuan, using AliPay:
  This payment method will be supported soon.

Your results will be emailed to the same address that you used to email your original documents.
